Do I need to create the shipment plan in Seller Central first?
Yes. Create your shipment plan in Seller Central to get the FC assignment, Box ID labels and Shipment ID. We then use this to label and ship. We can help with the Seller Central process if needed.
Can you handle FNSKU labelling if my supplier ships without labels?
Yes — this is one of our most common services. You provide the FNSKU barcodes from Amazon, we print and apply per unit at our consolidation warehouse, plus poly bagging and any required bundling.
What happens if Amazon rejects my shipment at the FC?
FC rejections are usually due to labelling errors or overweight cartons — which our compliance check prevents. If a rejection occurs, we coordinate with Amazon and our local agent to relabel at a third-party prep centre.
Can you consolidate from multiple Chinese suppliers?
Yes. We consolidate cargo from multiple suppliers at our Shenzhen or Guangzhou warehouse before shipping — reducing per-unit freight cost and coordinating different production timelines into one plan.
