Inspection FAQ
When should I book?
When 80–100% of production is complete but before goods are packed. For container loading supervision (CLS), book 3–5 days before loading date.
What if inspection fails?
We issue a Fail report. Options: rework + re-inspection, partial acceptance at discount, or replacement. We communicate in Mandarin with the factory on your behalf.
Do you run FBA-specific inspections?
Yes. FNSKU label scan, carton dimensions vs. Amazon limits, polybagging compliance — aligned to current FBA prep requirements across all marketplaces.
How quickly can you arrange?
Standard: 1–2 business days from booking. Same-day available in GD, ZJ and JS. We cover all major Chinese manufacturing provinces.
What certifications can you coordinate?
CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, EN71, ASTM F963, LFGB. We work with SGS, TÜV Rheinland and Bureau Veritas — world’s three largest testing organisations.
