Warehousing Questions
What is the minimum storage volume?
We accept from 1 CBM uward for short-term storage. For ongoing fulfilment, we typically work with clients storing 5+ CBM monthly. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your expected volume and frequency.
Can you receive from multiple suppliers and consolidate?
Yes — one of our most common services. We receive from multiple factories, store temporarily and consolidate into one outbound shipment. Ideal for seasonal buying or spreading production across multiple vendors.
How quickly can you turn around outbound orders?
For B2C fulfilment, same-day dispatch applies to orders received before 2pm local time. For B2B outbound (container stuffing, LCL booking), typical lead time is 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
Do you handle Amazon returns?
Yes. We receive returned goods at our US and UK hubs, inspect condition, sort into resaleable/damaged/dispose categories, relabel FBA-compliant units and restock. Monthly returns reporting included.
